RETURN POLICY:

due to limited availability, netta accepts returns in exchange for store credit only. All returns must be clean, unwashed and in original packaging within 30 days from purchase. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges and store credit are nonrefundable. Items purchased from previous collections must abide by previously enforced policies.
